Surgical procedures, gently and without worry
What oral surgery is

Precise surgery with the backing of a modern clinic

Oral surgery covers surgical procedures in the mouth — from extracting teeth that can no longer be saved to procedures on the soft tissue. Thanks to precise diagnosis using a CBCT scan and to our dentists' experience, procedures are carried out safely, gently and under local anaesthetic.

When is an oral surgery procedure the right choice?

  • A tooth is damaged beyond saving

  • Wisdom teeth are causing problems

  • An inflammatory lesion at the root of a tooth has to be removed

  • Treatment requires precise 3D diagnosis using a CBCT scan

Treatment process

How an oral surgery procedure works

  1. 1) Examination and diagnosis

We assess the situation clinically and, where needed, add a CBCT scan that shows the bone and the surrounding structures precisely.

  2. 2) Treatment proposal and explanation

We explain clearly what to expect and prepare a schedule and a price estimate.

  3. 3) The procedure under local anaesthetic

We carry out the procedure on an outpatient basis, gently and painlessly under local anaesthetic.

  4. 4) Treating the wound and instructions

We dress the wound and give you clear instructions on how to look after it, so healing goes smoothly.

  5. 5) Healing check

At a follow-up visit we confirm that everything is healing correctly and agree any further steps in treatment — placing an implant, for example.

Doporučuji🤝

Velmi milý a ochotný kolektiv. Chodíme moc rádi. 🤩🫠

Answers to the questions patients ask before their visit

The procedure itself is carried out under local anaesthetic, so you feel no pain. Once the anaesthetic wears off the area may be tender for a few days — we give you instructions on getting through the healing as comfortably as possible.
Building up bone tissue where there is not enough of it — most often in preparation for placing a dental implant.
It is a detailed 3D X-ray that shows the bone, the teeth and the surrounding structures precisely. It allows the procedure to be planned safely.
Please do not come on an empty stomach — eat properly beforehand. Tell us about every medicine you take regularly, especially blood thinners. Some may need adjusting before the procedure or may affect the choice of anaesthetic. Never stop any medication on your own, though — always follow the advice of your doctor. For the days after the procedure, have a soft toothbrush at home, or a single-tuft brush for cleaning gently around the wound. Cold packs or cold compresses and soft, cold food such as ice cream will also come in handy. We explain everything important in advance when planning the procedure — including specific instructions on how to prepare and what to do afterwards.
That depends on the type and extent of the procedure. We monitor healing at follow-up visits and always recommend a specific care routine.
