Privacy Statement

This statement explains how ONEDENT clinic s.r.o. (company no. 19538821, registered at Durďákova 358/48, 613 00 Brno – Černá Pole, Czech Republic) handles the personal data of visitors to this website. For this purpose the company is the data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process

  • Booking and contact form – the name, e-mail, phone number and message you enter yourself. We use them solely to contact you and arrange an appointment.
  • Technical data – IP address, browser type and time of access, which our server records in its logs for the security and stability of the site.
  • Cookies – see the separate cookie policy.

3. Legal basis and retention

Form data is processed at your request, in order to take steps towards providing care (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and is kept for at most one year after the last communication if you do not become our patient. Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted within 12 months. Marketing and statistics cookies are used only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share data with

  • Our web hosting and technical support provider, who accesses the data only to the extent necessary.
  • Google Ireland Ltd., if you consent to the embedded map being displayed. Without consent the map does not load and no data is sent to Google.

We do not pass personal data to anyone else, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent given for cookies can be withdrawn at any time through the consent settings in the site footer.

6. Medical records

The processing of patients’ health data as part of the care we provide is governed by Czech Act No. 372/2011 Coll. on health services, and you will be informed about it at the clinic itself. This statement covers only this website.
